Randhir Kumar Lal & Associates (RKLCMA) is a Cost and Management Accountancy firm established in 2020 under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959. The firm is headquartered in New Delhi and provides specialised services in consulting, assurance, statutory compliance, and business process management.

The firm's mission is to become a trusted partner in value creation by solving clients' strategic and operational challenges. RKLCMA's consulting and assurance services include cost optimisation, risk-based internal and management audits, enterprise risk management, internal control systems, financial and business process transformation, ERP and workflow design, fraud investigations, and the development of audit practices.

RKLCMA also supports organisations through operations management services — accounting, payroll processing, data migration, vendor and customer due diligence, and legal compliance across Indian and international laws.

On the statutory side, the firm handles taxation (Income Tax and GST), cost audits, internal audits, cost accounting systems, company incorporation (including LLPs and NPOs), inventory and fixed asset verification, and representation before legal authorities.
